2009 impala bench seat center console removal

So I'm having trouble here. Ig my impala is rare. My shifter is on the steering wheel so all YouTube videos show the standard floor shifter version. I've tried T25 T40 T45 and Philips. None work. The Philips actually fits the best but it won't turn no matter how hard i push. I found a piece at the junk yard but if i can't even get this one off what's the use? Is it glued on or something? Please help. I'm a beginner btw so take it easy on me lol I've changed bulbs, hood latch, mirror assembly, and headlights with no problem.

40 year old man in South Fl. Trying to get into IT as a slow, hands-on learner w/o the certification grinds—any advice?

I got an Associate degree in Network Admin a while back, but the program was pretty useless and didn't teach us much, so I never managed to break into the field. I’ve been stuck in warehouse and clerical jobs ever since, but I really want to make the jump into IT or AV tech.

The main issue is that I’m a slow learner. I need a lot of hands-on repetition to really get things down, and the whole "study for a test" grind just doesn't work for me—I failed the A+ a few years ago and it really discouraged me. Plus, I have some chronic health issues that mean I can't do heavy manual labor, and working 8-5 makes finding night classes super tough.

I’m feeling pretty stuck right now. Has anyone here managed to get into the industry without relying on certifications? How do you guys recommend finding decent, hands-on training that actually fits around a full-time schedule? Any tips for someone in my position would be a huge help.

WWYDif you signed up and paid for school 3 weeks ago but still have not formally started yet b/c of last minute changes and waiting on book codes?

for context i work warehouse job 9-5. I am 39 trying to better for myself. ik I am kind of late to the party but it is what it is. got an IT degree back in my 20s but could never land work in the field. I am giving it another shot now. I found a technical college nearby that works around my schedule. Originally the school was hybrid and in person labs Thursdays. 6 month 600 hour program. whelp ig the school did not qualify for hybrid so they changed full in person. even better for me cause it is now more hands on which is how I learn best. This was announced in orientation on June 11. since then I been patient cause ofc they needed a new headcount to order the codes for the online portal. last week professor says he was going to prepare printed material to go over w/ us if the book codes were not ready. then today he says books are not here so we will not resume class until July 6. as you can imagine, I am getting impatient and frustrated. what would you do?
