GoodNotes not found on the app store.

hi guys. i was using GoodNotes 6 (the pro version) like i always have for the past 7 months. I noticed it was a bit buggy and laggy so i went to the app store to check for any updates, but i couldn’t find the app ANYWHERE. i tried searching on my
ipad and macbook. the search bar doesn’t show it, and even when i click on it in “my apps” it just says the page failed to load repeatedly. i don’t understand, is this some new regional restriction they have going on???

Should I upgrade to the M5 iPad Pro, or wait for the M6/M7?

Hey guys.

I’m a college student currently using a 64GB iPad 10th gen that I’ve had for over 1.5 years. I originally bought it for reading lecture slides, light note-taking, and general student use, but my needs have changed quite a bit since then.

I now use my iPad heavily for almost everything like heavy note-taking, Procreate, video editing, and gaming. The biggest issue is that 64GB of storage and 4GB of RAM are too limiting. The storage is SO bloated despite having tried every single solution, and I’m constantly managing it. There are also some games and apps I’d like to use that realistically don’t fit my current setup.

So I’ve been considering a 13" iPad Pro M5 with 1TB of storage. If I’m spending thousands of dollars, I’d rather buy the most premium device and keep it for 5-7 years instead of buying an Air or 256GB A16 and feeling the need to upgrade again in a few years due to the absence of the Pro’s features. Plus, the display and overall performance of the Pro are all features I’d genuinely use and I wouldn’t consider overkill.

The thing holding me back is the FOMO on potential major upgrades or redesigns for the M6 and M7 iPads (I doubt that the M6 would feature anything major besides a faster chip, but the M7 might, and I don’t wanna test my luck). My current iPad still works fine for the bare minimum needs, and the battery is still decent for a 1.5-year-old device. I can definitely squeeze another year or two out of it if I have to, but it simply doesn’t meet my heavy workload requirements anymore.

And for people who have been in a similar situation, did you ever regret buying right before a major redesign?

TL;DR: My 64GB iPad 10th gen is starting to feel limited for my workload and I'm considering a 13" iPad Pro M5 (1TB) as a long-term 5–7 year device, but I'm unsure whether to upgrade now or keep waiting for the next model(s).
