Macbook Pro 2019 16inch isn't turning on anymore.

Hi,

My Macbook Pro from 2019 16 inch isn't turning on anymore. I'm expecting the Battery to be dead.

Symptoms:

- Doesn't charge anymore or gives any hint of it charging. (Screen remains black, trackpad doesn't turn on / gives that tactile click when i try to click it, keyboard is off)

- Still has that electrical and fuzzy feeling when you touch it while it's plugged in
( which confuses me because that kinda means that power is flowing)

- Screen doesn't turn on / doesn't react to me pressing the start button or holding it

- Doesn't get warm when i leave it charging

I've tried:

- tried multiple different chargers

- tried force reseting (cmd + shift + ctrl + powerbutton)

- charging it extensively, incase the battery is just deeply discharged

- warming the laptop up gently and then charging

- holding the powerbutton for a minute

My question now, is this typical for the battery being dead?

Can the battery be dead, when literally a day before and even further before, everything was fine?

Does Apple charge a whole lot for replacing the battery or diagnosing the issue? (if it is another issue)

Can i DIY this and incase i screw it up still
bring it to apple?

Thanks in advance, any help is much appreciated!!
