How do I ride a bike....

I have a 20 in bike (if im correct) and idk how to ride it. Its one speed btw. And im Completely A Beginner.

Im looking for a skincare product(s) that can help my face. My head and chin has like weird bumps on them which kind of resembles a popped pimple and they started darkening. Its been months and theyre still thereeee.... and its not one big thing its mini "bumps" that are very close together..

Sorry if this doesnt really make sense but yea, lmk some affordable products if you have recommendations
