Anyone else here struggle to tell the difference between a real memory and a fake memory/image that ocd has put in your head? Mine always consist of whatever my intrusive thought was a couple of seconds previous

Hi all, new to bannerlord but loving it so far, I have enabled deaths to make it a bit more realistic but I’ve been playing a while now and no lords or kings have died in battle, does it just never happen even if you have it enabled?
