Cant seem to find dorm situation for international student

Hi, like the name goes i am hoping to do masters abroad and have considered china an option too.
What do u think don i have a chance of scholarship in a computer related field ( not top universities):
Cgpa (1-7 semesters): 3.33/4.0. ,
A publication ,
4 certificates related to IT,
Mote then 10 projects on github,
Final year project which i will continue working on like adding additional features in my last semester and even in master research.,
Ielts 8.0
2 abroad internships

I feel like my downfall right now is my cgpa so i have no clue what to do. And if u guys can recommend a good university too i would appreciate. I dont have a specific field in mind, just something the revolves around computer science as my projects are on various fields. My only dream is to be independent so i dont have to ask help from people in the future.
