AITA for my friend telling me to get lost and ending our friendship over this?

F19 Do you think it was my fault that my friend (M19) is telling me to get lost for things like hugging everyone except him, not taking his hand when he wanted to dance the Macarena, reacting badly when he touched my shoulder, going out with others alone but not with him, or letting others buy me food but not him?

Question: Does the principle of conservation of angular momentum according to Noether hold true, while the linear principle does not?

You know that Noether's Theorem explains that for every conservation law there is an associated symmetry, and that the principle of conservation of linear momentum doesn't hold because translational symmetry breaks down over long distances. But I've never heard this said about angular momentum. Can you tell me if it holds true or not? If it does, why is it that many people imagine rotation as a form of combined linear momentum? I asked the AI, and it can't answer because it doesn't like to contradict classical physics.
