3 wire sets on 2 breakers. Tried to fix but it won't turn back on.

Final Update: The unconnected wire was the line. I believe the other two sets go to two different part of my bedroom as everything to the left turned on but the overhead light remains off.

Second picture was what I pulled out of the wall. If you can't tell, 2 white wires are plugged into the same spot and one black wire was floating loose in the box. The loose black wire goes to a different breaker than the one powering the outlet (I found that out with a little shock). The outlet was working, I'm replacing it because it was extremely loose and whatever was plugged in would keep falling out. The house is from 1992, but I doubt this outlet was original.

I started off by finding which white wire went with the unconnected black wire and put a wire nut on both of them. I figured that since the black wasn't connected then that whole set was unnecessary to getting the outlet to function as normal.

I wired the new outlet as normal and turned the breaker back on. The outlet stayed off and I realized that I mixed up load and line. I switched load and line (and I think that it's correct now based off the other outlets in the circuit) and it's still not turning back on. I'm confident that the connections are strong and I followed the labeling on the back of the outlet. I have replaced a few outlets so far so I'm not completely new to this. I don't know where to go from here.

Am I supposed the shove that random white wire with another white wire? I know that's how it was originally but it doesn't sound right to me. I remember a few years back we had to replace an outlet that burned out. That outlet had 6 wires all connected. We excluded the set that travelled upwards and the outlet worked just fine after that. We still have no clue what that wire went to. I thought it was the same with this outlet but I'm not sure now. What should I try next?

I would love to hire an electrician but I've tried very hard in the past and it just seems impossible to find one willing to work on manufactured houses in my area. I'm desperate to figure this out in my own.

Important Update: It's only one breaker for the circuit. I've been asking my dad to flip the breaker on and off for me and the very last time he flipped the breaker off he accidentally flipped the wrong one and that's when I shocked myself and thought that wire went to a different breaker. I went to the box to investigate what the second breaker was and found the wrong breaker flipped. I'm glad it was only a tiny shock.

If you're seeing a different provider every visit, who is your OB?

I'm 26w6d and I'm a little confused about some of the things with the rotating offices. I understand that it's common practice and it's so you have a higher chance of knowing the person that delivers the baby. But I also only know this because I read "Birth Vibes" by Jen Hamilton and she explains the practice in her book. Is it normal for no one at the office to explain this? If I hadn't read that book, I would have been very confused why I was always scheduled with someone new.

The big things I'm questioning today are who is charge of my care? Who do I message through the app with questions? Who do I say is my doctor when asked?

The anatomy scans in my city are almost exclusively done at the high risk OBs office. I had a follow up ultrasound the other day because baby was uncoopertive at the 20 week scan. When one of the OBs came in at the end of the ultrasound, he asked who my OB was. I didn't know how to answer and told him that I'm seeing someone different every visit. He accepted that but I assume I'll be asked for a name when filling out paperwork in the future. Who do I put down? Do I choose a random person? Do I just write down the last one I saw, who is also essentially a random person I've only met once?

I'm also very confused about who is in charge of my care. I had assumed the clinic as a whole was but now I'm thinking it's just the last guy I had an appointment with? At my last appointment my glucose tolerance test was ordered as well as a cbc. I did the test yesterday and got the results through the app the same day. The glucose test was good but the cbc showed borderline low MCHC, which a Gooogle search tells me could mean low iron. Today I wanted to ask if this indicates that I should add an iron supplement in, but who to ask? I go into the messaging portal on the app and of course the last Dr I saw wasn't an option. I figured it would be fine to message someone else, so I messaged the only other MD on the list (everyone else I've seen are NPs). She messages me back to wait for the ordering doctor to call me with next steps.

That was not an answer that makes sense to me if they are all sharing in my care. That makes me think that the last random person I saw is the only person I can talk to. What's the point of that? Why do I have to wait for this random person to call me when another random person can review my chart and tell me what's next? If everyone is just taking over for everyone else then it should be standardized what the next step is. If I need more bloodwork, why can't she order it now instead of waiting for him to call me next week. If I'm gonna be told not to worry, why do I have to wait until next week to hear that? Is this standard practice with the rotating office? If so, I don't know if meeting a few of the potential baby deliverers for a few minutes, months before the baby is born, is worth not having a relationship with an OB or having an OB I feel like I can rely on.

Am I just overreacting? I might be. With the response I got, I honestly feel really embarrassed that I messaged the other Dr that question. I'm also frustrated I have to wait because I've been exhausted this entire pregnancy and if low iron levels is the reason, I really really want to get started on solving it. I'm so tired of being tired.
