Stolen Watch’s in Lisbon, Portugal

Hey everyone, I know this isn’t a normal post for this subreddit but I would request some help.

I am not related to the business but I want to help them since I am local to them and I want their success.

Sadly the store was robbed during the day at gun point last Friday, about 50 watch’s stolen with a value of above 500k.

Lieferando order never delivered

My lieferando order says delivered but it never was.

It does not say the courier could not find the person just says delivered.

What is the current procedure to file a complaint? And the current wait time to be processed?

The website is telling me to talk with the bot, and the bot refuses to let me talk with a human.
