I'm trying to access the 2001 save for the archived site alkatraz.com.pl for the band alkatraz but it's giving me the 503 error constantly. Is there any solution to my problem or has the site been lost to time?

I've got a server that has a player cap set at 10 and it crashes if the player cap in antistasi exceeds that amount (it's on ascend servers). I get an email that the player cap has been increased because of antistasi i believe. How can i reduce the player cap in the config files

What are some relatively cheap server hosting on which i can add mods?
