Hello. I gained a lot of weight on clozapine so I am planning to ask my doctor to give me Ozempic or similar drug. Do someone have experience with this amd did it help lose weight.

Hi. My doctor lowered my clozapine intake from 100mg to 75mg and I have trouble sleeping.

I didnt expect to have this problem titrating from 100mg to 75mg to be honest. Anyone had similar problem and how long this lasts?
