What type of device is this?
Was driving past Mancunian way today and ever since it changed to 30mph speed limit, I've been very cautious since you never know if they going to put a speed camera there or mobile unit. For me this is the first time I've seen police at the end of the stretch towards Etihad direction. First of all I wasn't speeding and was slightly under 30mph, there was 2 police on the road side, one was holding a device shown in the photo and the other one pulled a vehicle on the side and is having a word with the driver. I normally seen police with the device that has a handgrip (typical handheld speed camera), this is my first time seeing a binoculars type of device.
