Just Curious if any of you that use to work there that no longer do ever thought about going back, Also what made you leave in the first place?

Has anybody heard rumors of ppto going away, that walmart is not gonna pay for time off? Coworker mentioned something bout that.

Ain't it against the law for work to be bugging you while your not on the clock? Our store made a dumb group chat for all employees and my phone be blowing up 27/7 these ppl be on at 6 in the morning like dude im trying to fk sleep. All hrs of the day, like if I ain't at work I don't want to know what bs is going on I have a life out of wrk 🤦

If you step down from your title do u lose all your pay ?

What does ON Maintenance do at your store? I know every store is different, at ours we have to do our normal job plus have to clean the blood off the meat walls (Dept Managers at meat use to do that but not anymore), We pickup up cardboard/pallets/trash after the stockers and make the bail too. then we have to mop dairy walkin it use to be whoever did dairy would mop at the end. Just seem everything is being pushed to maintenance now.

How the heck is it that other store (same size) have 2 new self-driving floor scrubber machine plus there old one and yet our store cant even get a new one. Who has the say so on if we get one or not. Our store manger just says that market team does not let him get one. despite it having a ton of work orders on it and it never run. i feel its our store manger just being a cheap skate and does not want to pay for one.
