Im 21 5 foot 7 went from 237lbs depressed ➡️ 167lbs I was thinking get to 165lbs as the goal while working out and keeping the protein high atleast 170g a day 1 hour of cardio 3-4 days a week and workout 3-4 days a week with 2 active recovery rest days should I go for 165lbs or lower??
Lost 70lbs I’m 5 foot 7 (168lbs) I’m a little over 3 months in I’m thinking it if I should drop to (165lbs) or stay where I am and keep working out while keeping protein night?
