this is my third year as a high school teacher in the DOE, just curious because it is currently august 18th and no one at my school has any inkling of what they might be teaching this year. at my school they switch it up a lot year to year so it isn’t just assumed you’ll be with the same grade

last year we didn’t get our schedules until august 21st. the vet teachers at my school said we never find out until the end of august, but i feel like we should know by June so that we can have the summer to plan? just curious if this is common practice at other schools

I am 25F, 5’2. SW: 155lbs, CW: 145lbs, GW: 115lbs.

I have been reading a lot of posts about how the 1.5mg was a starting dose for many people who felt that after about a month, the effects were decreased and they needed to increase their dosage for effective weight loss. I know everybody’s body & experience is different, I was just curious to hear from anyone who chose to stay on 1.5mg throughout their journey & felt/currently feels successful at that lowest dosage.
