I live in the UK and It is so depressing.
I know I have the willpower to do a long term dry fast
but living at family home with constant cooking and constant snacks & takeaway and eating is very unenjoyable
I wonder if I go somewhere like China 🇨🇳 and live by some nature for 40 days i’ll be able to complete it peacefully
Every time I mention I want to dry fast or water fast 30 days
People keep telling me i’ll pass away if it’s without any electrolytes or vitamins
It’s very discouraging, and Jesus did it without any of these silly safety electrolytes and vitamins
Surely it’s very possible for a healthy young adult to fast days and months without those things
Is this possible? during the 4hr window I will have Pink Salt and water only
Want to do this religious reasons only
Also I have 35 days of no work and no responsibilities so I wanted to take advantage of that time
I am BMI 23 35% body fat ( I assume )
Is this healthy or good? I am doing it to help me portion control my food - as fasting is the only way I can portion control
or should I do one day fast one day eat - repeat
or 3 day fast 2 days eat - repeat
which has the most benefits?
My longest dry fast is 50hrs
I have taken a student loan for 3 years - I took it when I was 19
I have been relying on it while living away, I have since moved home
I don’t have to pay rent or bills
But I still take the loan and buy things like go to the mall shopping etc
I genuinely feel guilty and bad, I have no intention of paying the money back- Since I have no intention of working ( because I am a female and don’t have a car, so the only way is to take public transport to work - which I live in a high crime area and so many lustful men around - as well islamaphobia so I can’t even wear the full islamic wear ) It is highly not possible for me to work, I really don’t want to. I’d rather live in a muslim country and live at home in peace
I am planning on moving to a muslim country
What can I do since I do need it ( for paying for private transport to university and other things )
Should I not take it? Is it haram ? I’m very very scared
I was on a very long train ride, I was very sleepy and I feared my phone would be stolen slept on it directly under my head for many hours ( 8+ )
next day a part of my upper forehead hurts
then I feel pan in my lower spine and my hands feel really tingly
then I fall asleep a few days later with my phone
under my pillow and I wake up not able to move my legs or bend my knees at all - it lasted 40 seconds but even now I still feel extremely weak
Is it my phone????? is it the radiation !!!
I am young fit and healthy eat very clean and workout / walk daily
so I don’t why what could have caused it it was the first time I think it’s my phone
I got braces, now it made my bite even worse and my profile even worse, i am a borderline case
now they said in order to fix my bite they have to take 4 teeth out
even though surgery would work - they want to take my teeth out
I don’t want to have a recessed jaw
Is it too late to just take my braces off, I want my teeth to go back to the way they were
I have been using the app for years Is it too late
I want to to permanently delete it but Do they still have my data
Should I be worried about anything, like will my snaps be on the darkweb etc, I’m scared about my privacy,
I’m about to graduate my dance degree at an art University but I have the lowest attendance rate
So I’ll be graduating with a third or maybe 2:2 but how will this affect me in the future? Is it better to drop out now or is it too late? I just don’t want the embarrassment of having a third i’d rather just say I dropped out
also about SFE debt - how does it work?
because I was overpaid £2k will I be allowed to leave the country permanently or do I have to pay it back before leaving ?
because I am leaving permanently in late 2026 but I’m scared i’ll be forbidden from leaving or told to come back and work until the debt is paid off or taken to court for fraud and have a criminal record
I had a joint clinic in December but they asked what my main concern is I said that my jaw placement wasn’t straight - they rejected me from surgery
I have another joint clinic In July
what should I say to convince them I really need it and want it? I have speech issues and my jaw doesn’t bite within biting on my inner cheeks
but I’m a borderline case and they want to do camouflage ( I don’t want that at all )
