Everyone in the international teaching community should boycott International Schools Review, as its integrity has been compromised due to large monetary donations or threats of libel. It has been failing to post reviews to which prospective candidates deserve access, thus undermining the transparency that its services once offered. Indeed, some posts that I have written have not been published, when they are a legitimate firsthand account of what I experienced at schools and which follow ISRs guidelines, terms, and conditions. I can only assume that they were not posted due to influences that are beyond my knowledge or control.
ISR IS no longer a reliable website that can be utilized to collect information about schools based on firsthand accounts that teachers publish. It is now an organization that is heavily influenced by schools, a replaceable reservoir of knowledge and information that can be found in other places on the internet.
