Does anyone else have this where you look at people’s faces and get tired? I feel it’s also the very empathy in being able to feel someone through their face and energy. With potential absorption as well.

I’m learning my personal fix is to just avoid eye contact and to look away. Helps me with my finite energy and attention. What do you think?
