* not going to treat a resident actively bleeding abrasion cause their shift only had 10 more minutes
* not calling 911 for a resident with shallow breathing because their shift was about to end and they didn’t want to do paperwork

Hello, I worked for home health for a couple months and met a wonderful man in his 40s. He is HIV positive and had a TBI that led to him having PTSD. He doesn’t shower himself, he can’t leave his house to wash his clothes. He will soil himself with BM and urine. He has NOBODY. No family, no friends. No one visit him. He is truly alone. I have since stoped working for that company, but he still calls me and texts me telling me his insurance doesn’t cover home health any longer. How can I get him help? I can’t get him out of my mind. I think about him every single day.

My boyfriend constantly brings up me going to the gym. Almost every single day. He makes me promise him and I do just to end the conversation. Last night we had sex and immediately afterwards he brought up me going to the gym. He apologized and I left it alone. But then he brought up the gym again today. I told him I would like to relax on the gym talk and he always just brings it up again. I know I am fat but do I really deserve to be treated this way ? Do you think he is unattracted to me?
