Hey so i am a primary school teacher and this year was my first year as a teacher. I also started to work in a really toxic workplace. I've seen intense and prolonged mobbing, i've seen toxic and rude parents, i've seen children who has behavior issues. I did not sign for the next year in this school so i quit. I'm looking for another school but man.

I always thought that it's going to be much easier than this you know having your class, being with them, becoming a teacher that i want to be... But being a teacher is not for everyone y'all think twice if you want to become one because it's a rollercoaster.
