It's a 3 bhk flat in kendriya vihar society... 2 rooms are occupied 1 person in each room.. 1 room with attached balcony, washroom is empty...rent is 8k without ac and owner will provide ac is required ( rent will be increased for that ) ... A double bedand cupboard is there in room , in common area washing machine, sofa , dinning table, in kitchen all the required things are there... It's a independent room ..

Hey folks there is this flat 3 bhk in kendriya vihar society... Semi furnished ( only ac is not there ).. if you want owner is also willing to provide it.. the best part about this flat is it has 5 balconies and it's too spacious room are huge and every room have attached washroom.. rent per head is 8- 8.5 k depending on. The room you choose... 2 folks ae confirmed willing to shift in this flat from 10 th August... If anyone (1 person) is willing to come can join those 2 guys in the 3 bhk flat as flatmate.
