Anyone else have a twitch like this on back of hand?

Slight twitch can’t really feel it. Been pretty much constant for a few weeks now. Palm twitches as well. I do notice it is not as bad in the mornings and gets worse throughout the day. Just seeing if anyone else has had a similar twitch in this area?

Lexapro Dosage Drop from 10MG to 5MG. Withdrawl symptoms or not?

I decided to try and start tapering off my lexapro. I’ve been on it since 2020 and I had gotten up to 20MG in early 2023 when I decided I wanted to try and come down on the dosage. I tapered for about 6 months and just decided to stay at 5MG.

About 10 months ago I had to go back up to 10MG.

For some reason I thought I could try going back down to 5MG again so I decided to start another taper about 2 months ago. Here is how I did the taper.

10MG to 7.5 MG for 1 week
7.5MG to 5MG for about 1 month

Have still been on 5MG for about 5 weeks now and I just started getting weird twitching in my muscles/vibrations. Never had any side effects like this muscle twitching when I started lexapro or when tapering down to 5MG the first time.

My doctor is suggesting I go back up to 10MG because maybe my anxiety is re-surfacing and causing these issues.

My question is do you think this could all be a side effects from dropping my dosage even though I did it relatively slowly? Just seems odd to me and this would happen when I have tapered off of 20MG before and never had any major issues.

My hope is that these twitches and overall health anxiety will go away as I go back up with my dosage but I also am disheartened because i was hoping I could eventually get off the medication fully at some point so this feels like I am starting all over again.

Any advice is appreciated!

Any other runners experience calf twitches and tightness?

Has anyone else had issues with calf tightness but mainly calf twitching during training? I started a marathon prep about a year ago and did not have any issues as I slowly increased mileage each week. During the marathon about 3 months ago I pulled something in my left calf and took a few weeks off. For about 2 months now I have noticed both of my calves twitch mildly while at rest. I am back to running about 25 miles per week and they are somewhat tight and very twitchy after a recent long run. I know it is normal to have some twitches for hours after a long run but mine seem to be twitching for days later even after taking 3 days off completely from running. I hydrate with electrolytes, take magnesium, and have a pretty healthy diet. Just was curious if any other runners can relate to this and if this twitching just seems to happen from overuse and training? I do not want to stop running as I have built up a pretty good base.
