Hvordan er det at bo i Brådebæk? Min mand og jeg er ved at købe en grund der og bygge et drømmehus. Det er så tæt på Hørsholm, men det virker som om, der ikke sker så meget der.

Me and my husband are now finally sold our house and ready to buy! We make combined close to 2 million a year and we have 2 million in downpayment. My husband has a stable high paying job and I just went back to work after being unemployed for 5 months.

I am still new in my job I have been there for 2 weeks only. My question is do you think there is a way we make the loan without having to wait for me to be in the job for 3 months? We are going to build the house and we are in a hurry because one of our kids has to start school. Any experiences?

A newly graduated (5 months ago) with masters from CBS, starting a new job. I am in the beginning of my 30s and already worked full time for a few years in marketing but I switched my career into IT.

I am starting a new role at one of the largest Danish companies and it is not an entry position. How do I prepare myself for the job or for the first few weeks? Do I just go with an open mind to learn and take it as it comes or do I actually need to get prepared?

I need to perform so well because I am scared of being fired during the probation period.
