Hello I started practicing all of Mike mews teachings religiously last year+ thumb pulling at 27
My pallet originally 3.7 now 4mm
I never measured the back where my wisdom teeth are but it’s 50mm

This is a mid progress photo so when I get it to 50 there is proof I also have a clay mold from the dentist which measure the same measurement

I’m 6”5 so I have a big scull and I did lots of chewing when growing up only one of my siblings with my wisdom teeth because I would chew my mothers food thank god i loved chewing 🤣
