1,About me: 18 6ft1, 75kg, going gym year and a half decent physique ,play sports , diet and sleep and lifestyle is good and healthy
2,my goals: ⚡️1,grow taller as im still in puberty and growth plates still open and i need it for sports and pussy bc 6ft1 isnt enough these days, ⚡️2,put on size while still being lean (85kg lean) for sports and im in last year in school so want to mog ⚡️3 , better recovery and sleep (overall taller shredded look better not disabled for rest of life)

I dont really know what else i could take less is more maybe idk you guys tell me if i could introduce anything else
4, is refrigeration necessary for keeping vials also any precautions needed when coming cycling off
