How do you guys source logs for milling?

Im almost out of logs on my property. I have a baby on the way and want to make some extra money by milling. When I look on Facebook marketplace, the cost that people are asking for would net me almost nothing when I try to resell. I've heard people talking to their towns and local arborists to drop off logs but have been unsuccessful, or, the costs are too high. Any advice? Also I'm not against paying for logs, but trying to avoid paying SO much that I can't really profit

Servicenow AEs, do you get dinged if contract value goes down?

I've heard that AEs (account execs) are expected to grow their contracts 3% per year. What happens though if a client shrinks their contract by reducing itil count, modules, CIs for ITOM, etc? Does that take away from other sales that were made? Are AEs penalized? Just curious. Thanks!

Uhh do I try to salvage this maple orr....

Blade got damaged on a maple. I starting taking chunks out to see the culprit. It must have taken the tree YEARS to grow around this. Not even sure I can pull it all out as it bends downward where I cut. I don't have heavy machinery and rely on a winch and log rollers so I'd hate to give up after spending so much time loading this. What would you do?
