*my last post got deleted as it somehow violated the community guidelines so posting again for more suggestions.

I am interested buying 2015 Ducati monster 821. It has just 2500km on it. but The owner mentioned it never vent to service and break-in-maintenance has not been done yet. He mentioned he did changed the oil and filter.
Bike seems to be really clean and I am interested in buying but it will be my first Ducati. But I am unsure as the bike is posted in the market from last 3years and still available.
What steps should I take so to know if it is a safe purchase.
