Hey everyone! I am so excited to have this as my first job. I’m supposed to have my first day on Monday from 9:30-2:30!

What should I expect? She said I won’t be on the floor, so I’m just curious what I’ll be up to for a few hours!

If I could give advice to anyone trying to get hired, MAKE FLASHCARDS!!! I scrolled on TikTok to find relevant information and watched hundreds of “how to make this drink” videos. I made and brought 20 flashcards to my 1st interview, and the manager absolutely LOVED it. She even ran around showing them off to the baristas on the floor, and told me to bring them to work so she can hole punch them for me! She said she wanted to hire me on the spot but I was required to do the 2nd interview with the DM, she then encouraged me to show the flashcards to the DM and scheduled my 2nd interview for that very next day!

I was honestly surprised it went so well. This was my second time applying and I was scared it was a lost cause since I have no prior experience! If you’re trying to get hired right now, don’t give up!!!

Could it have been a waste of my time making flashcards just to not get hired? Yes. But, I truly think that little bit of effort secured me the job.

If any green beans / future employees are interested in seeing the flashcards I made, I would be honored to post them!

I’m almost at the 70 Mii limit on my island that I’ve been playing every day since launch. My idea was to send all the “island-born” children onto another island on a different switch account!

Is that possible in any way? I don’t want to recreate them one by one for the new island, I would love to just import them from my main island so they can have their own lives. As more adult Mii’s have children, they will get sent to the other island if you catch my drift.

To be clear, I want to send the Mii’s onto a different account on the same switch. I know you can send Mii’s to local friends, but that’s not what I’m interested in.

(If it matters, I don’t have a second switch nor do I have any local friends to share with😔)
