Recently we were hunting for 2&3 bhk resale apartments in pimple Saudagar and I couldn't find a single apartment which a normal middle class can own..I mean everything is so much over priced that even for a 20 year old building the ask price for 2bhk is above 1Cr and 3BHk it's 1.4 Cr
Why does everything in Kashi seem so expensive? Everytime I visit there, right from hotels, Cab, Food and even grocery items are super expensive. Sometimes I feel mumbai is a bit cheaper( excluding housing) than Varanasi..
How do locals survive there? Bcoz I guess most of the people are into farming or agriculture and definitely cannot afford such super high prices.
Hi Banarsi people, I have 4-5 acres of parental land in Jaunpur. I'm really tired of my chacha, tau using land for agriculture and giving nothing back to us. We have plans to get our land from them. But I don't live there but I'm planning to start doing some business with that land such as organic farming and growing fast selling crops like yellow/red capsicum or other exotic crops. Just wanted to understand how big the market in Varanasi is for such items? Can you make it big there?
Since morning 8:00 there is no electricity in Pimple Saudagar. Any idea when it will be restored?
