Powerbank recommendation

I am in India and moving to Finland for my master's (2 years), so I'm looking for a power bank for my Samsung Galaxy S22...... something that shouldn't give me any problems for at least those 2 years. Any suggestions? I have already spent so much on the start of my master's, so I would be happy if I could get one on a budget but that would still do its job......

Accepting Student Housing

I'm heading to Finland this August for my master's and have two housing offers: one from HOAS (A 3 room shared apartment: Maininkitie 4 B 016, near Kivenlahti, rent: 304 euros + 40 euros for a section BC monthly transport ticket) with a lease starting August 1st (I accepted it but haven't paid rent yet), and the other from AYY (Single room apartment: Jämeräntaival 6 B 107, lease starting September 1st, rent: 397 euros), which I just received this morning.

I don't know whether to accept the AYY offer and then reject the HOAS offer. Maininkitie is a very peaceful place, and I prioritize silence and minimal disturbance. At Jämeräntaival 6, it is said that rooms with odd numbers have significant noise disturbances, and mine is among them. How occasionally do those disturbances occur? Do they occur all night or only during daytime and evening hours? Has anyone stayed in this apartment? Should I drop my Maininkitie/HOAS offer and accept this, as Jämeräntaival has some benefits like being close to Aalto University? If I should drop this, how can I do it, as I electronically signed the tenancy agreement?
