Comme beaucoup ici, j’ai de l’ETF World et SP500 sur PEA, Ass Vie et sur CTO. Je connais bien l’adage de ne jamais regarder ce qu’il se passe au quotidien et de réagir au chaud :) À date je m’interroge quand même sur mettre un ordre automatique de vente si jamais le marché venait à décrocher fort. J’ai 30% de gain à date, je pensais le mettre à ce niveau. Et peut être pas sur tous les ETF mais une partie. Je le mettrais sur le PEA/Ass vie ça me semble plus judicieux car il n’y aurait pas d’événement fiscal.

Hi all, thinking about my 2026 winter village and I want to give it a nature vibe after a trip to the Canadian countryside. Do you think the A frame cabin (21338) and the alpine odge (10325) could work in the same nature diorama? Not side by side but quite close (like 32 or 64 studs, depending on how I will implement the landscape).
Anyone has both and could maybe take a quick pic of them together? Just want see if the scale looks ok. Thanks!

I’m working on a use case of recording interviews (often with 2/3 people around d the table), and transcribing them to fill in an excel questionnaire on an expert topics with lots of keywords. I built a solution with Whipser large and PyAnnote to identify speakers that works well., including with strange keywords But I need to do that in a Microsoft env, any idea of what I can do? Azure Speech API or there is another solution?

J’ai lu avec intérêt tout le wiki sur ce qu’il faut faire en CTO après son PEA mais nul part j’ai vu de mention l’ETF NTSG alors que beaucoup semble le recommander. Quels sont ces avantages et inconvénients ? Ceux qui en ont vous êtes content ?
