I have an STX Stallion with a low pocket and two shooting strings. Prefer very little whip and being able to feel the ball lightly roll off the top of the head when throwing. I had it dialed in for a while with no changes. It now clunks the top of the head, so I've lost accuracy and have to put more effort into passes.
What adjustments do I need to make for just a light contact?
Recently swapped my metallic dark grey Tacoma for a flat grey Land Cruiser. Expecting this to be much more of a challenge to maintain - color options were limited unfortunately. Would much prefer a flaked silver, dark green, or dark blue, but Toyota seems to have gotten away from those classics.
I'd always take the Tacoma through a touchless wash before doing a contact wash at home. Results seemed to be acceptable. Question is - are the automated touchless washes considered safe? I assume some may recycle water and therefore introduce grit into the process. The option I generally select includes one or two high-pressure passes, soap, and a rinse.
Don't think I want to pressure wash myself, but also want to prep for neutral contact maintenance wash as best I can. Continue with the touchless?
Been trying to track down Bilt Hamber Touchless without much success (backorder or steep shipping from UK) . Is CARPRO Reset a good second option? Just got a pro coating done, so not in a huge hurry and could likely wait for restock. Curious about the Reset though.
Looking for advice on the best after-wash spray-on ceramic coating protector/preserver. Just had our truck done and want to make it last as best I can. A bit of research led to the following products - no idea how well they work having no personal experience. Also open to other recommendations. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
