I don't know is this type of question is allowed here (sorry if not) but as someone who is from Serbia, outside of EU, I'm concerned because for couple of months I'm trying to find a job in Hungary and visa is the problem every time like they respond that they have problems with issuing visas even they stated on their page that they do that like multinational company. It's seems that I need to apply for PhD studies just to actually have a legal reason to come, I don't know. I do understand an idea but it's not fair.
