4 stack teammates abusing reports to cause instant and irrevocable queue bans

First thing first - it is absurd, that faceit still allows 4 stack people to queue. But it's understandable, as faceit is greedy for money, they made it available only if you pay for a premium.

But what is a consequence of thiss, if those 4 stack people you play with will report you, you get instant ban for 24h. No appeal option, no human revision, no actual basis for the punishment.

Since i leveled up to 1900 elo, 80% of my matches i play with 4 stack. Every day is a ban for 24h even if i win all matches, because there are always some people who will report you for your audacity to ask for info or help, while they sitting silent entire game and taking on 3rd party voice chat. I've got more "unsportsmanlike conduct" in last week then in my previous 10 years on faceit.

Today I've got 12 DAYS ban for "unsportsmanlike conduct" - no friendly damage, no flashes, no blocking, no afk, nothing. I have been banned with no actual proof, based on mass reports and all support does is responding with AI generated response after more than 3 days. This is lack of any little respect to the playerbase. You ban innocent people because of toxic players who abuse your awfully designed system and there is no possibility to appeal or get any response from support unless you start crying on twitter or reddit.

Hi, I currently have in mind a plan to build a new PC - Ryzen 7 7800x3d, RTX 5070ti/5080.

Considering such a setup, would it be any visible difference in performance between DDR5 6000MHz 36CL and 30CL? I currently have some 36CL sticks, and I'm thinking whether it's worth to sell them and get some 30CL (putting aside current prices aspect).

I build this PC mostly to play multiplayer games like CS2, ApexLegends, Battlefield. I also play singleplayer games but I don't think it is such a big deal for me, whether I get +/- few fps in SP game. Stable, high FPS in multiplayer games are my main priority.

Additional question - would the upgrade to ryzen 7 9800x3d be worth it's price or it's an overkill and/or it's a bottleneck for RTX 5070ti/5080?
