UGC scams

Hello everyone! I am new to UGC and using SideShift to get my first gig. I am just curious how you more experienced creators know which ones are scams? I have a couple reaching out to me and would love to send it to someone to see if they are legit or not. Thank you so much in advance! I’ve just only been on SideShift for a couple days but already had 4 or 5 companies reach out. Was just curious if that was normal?

Brand new to UGC creation

Hello everyone! I’m trying to get up and running with a UGC career. I’m currently using SideShift, and I’m getting companies to follow back up with me after my applications so that’s exciting! They are ones where you create a whole new account and make a bunch of posts per month and they pay you around $25 average a post. For anyone who has experience with those, are they worth it? I’d love to get into doing UGC where it’s just a couple videos a month at higher rates. Are these more post/ less $ deals a stepping stone to get there? I’m brand new to UGC and trying to figure it out on my own so I’d love any advice or tips!!!!!! TIA

Xerox inside sales representative

I am set to start at Xerox for my inside sales representative job on August 31st! I am excited because just the base salary not including commision is what I make now at my retail banking job so I am excited for the pay raise. I do know it’s going to be more stressful and come with more work however. Can anyone speak to Xerox? Or in specifics being an inside sales representative and what the job looks like? My wife is pregnant and is due 12 weeks after my start date. So my 6 weeks training then 6 weeks in the job before I’d take 5-6 paid paternity leave. Can anyone speak to that? Thank you so much in advance!!!!!

23 year old needing some help!!!

Hello everyone! I am 23 years old, and have been married to by 24 year old wife for about a year and a half now. She is pregnant and we are expecting in about 3 and a half months so mid/late November!! We are super excited but she is planning to only work 3 days instead of 5 once the baby is born. So her monthly income will go from about 3400 to about 2100 and I currently make about 3100 a month but I was offered a position to make around 4100 a month with base and commission included but the job is a 40 minute commute instead of a 5 minute commute. We currently rent an apartment but plan to buy a house in about 20-24 months. We have no debt and around $90,000 total with most of it invested in VSUXX to just keep up with inflation. I want to invest in retirement accounts but I just want to save everyone outside of fully funded emergency fund and put it towards the house payment in a few years. Has anyone been in a similar situation or just have any advice to offer? About taking the new job or better ways to invest my money?
