Please help me with understanding PVO application (terrified)

I’m applying for a PVO today and although I know ‘nobody on reddit is a real lawyer *’, please help if anyone can. I’m so scared. I would love to give details but this has gone so high already and as soon as I can think straight, I will make the police report. I just don’t want to be identified and it is very specific. I wish to apply for the PVO today and report the criminal aspect on Monday, where I guess I will then apply for an AVO. I don’t understand though because the police said I won’t need legal aid yet Google says all kinds of things about going to court and mediation for this PVO order? I just need to be safe for a few days and have him stay away from my husband and I. They have already been reported to other agencies.

Finance Help Please!

Hey! I am on the DSP and receive around $230 per fortnight. Currently I use AfterPay as a bit of credit type function. I always pay it back very early. I know that doesn’t count for anything but I certainly don’t have late payments. Sometimes I request a late payment on my Telstra bill. Twice they just wiped it. I didn’t ask, did not want it and I have tried so so hard to pay it but I’ve never met a company work so hard not to take my money lol. Generally used for small expenses while I pay for medical and living on my massive income lol. No idea of my credit score. I tried to look once and it didn’t work. And then my paranoia took over and I haven’t tried again.

I love that AfterPay has no fees aside from the $10 card fee however, this month, I just need some money. I thought a credit card ($300-$400 max) would suit me better. I am very conservative with how much I spend (just not how I spend it sometimes. I have bipolar so I have set myself limits that guide me. Yes, I budget my episodes haha), and I never make a late payment after learning the hard lessons of being 18.

Do any banks even consider us though? I wouldn’t want to go with someone small and dodgy lol. Currently with NPBS but looks like you have to be employed for their (I wish!!). Open to all experiences and suggestions (aside from the wankers that lurk here just to say… get a job). Would if I could, and we all think you’re a dickhead. Thank youuuu

Please don’t speak down to me. I’ve had the worst day possible with a loss and I am trying to continue to deal with life. As I responded to another user, I am an intelligent adult who has learned lessons. My bills are all being paid and on time (Telstra can kick rocks with what they charge). I tried to stress that. My mum taught me budgeting when I lost my Dad as a kid. I have a very healthy system. Nobody is perfect but I have a healthier budget than most of my friends and I don’t even have employment.

Semi Experienced but Wreath Newbie… Hellllp

Hey friends… I am creating my first wreath (my design inside the wreath). I designed something very simple. A lot of the cord is attached using a Larks Head knot. I need to then attach it on the opposite side of the wreath but I cannot figure out which knot to use. A Clove Hitch Knot doesn’t seem right as I only have that one, doubled over piece of strand.

Would love any input!! Thank you.
