Looking to purchase a home treadmill for marathon training. Must go up to 10 mph at least. Ideally something that has built-in marathon routes would be nice (like the Urevo). Any recommendations appreciated. Thank you.

Editing to add budget: up to 1500 USD, willing to go up to 2000 USD for a workhorse.

Any tried and tested motorized retractable awning recs? Located in New England (USA) if that helps. Thanks.

Anyone know where I can buy cured live rock online? Thanks!
