Liberate first town or build trust with 2nd town

Hello, I'm a new player on day 18 I focused everything on the first town and just gained enough trust to attempt to liberate the it. I've seen people saying liberating isnt hard but the Reclamation parties are tough, so my question is which option should I chose?

Option 1: I liberate the first town then start working on building trust with the second town. While trying to manage the town and build myself and my army.

Option 2: I build trust with the second town first, then liberate them back to back, which will let the towns trade with each other so there will be fewer supply issues and give me more time to build myself/army up.

I'm leaning towards option 2, but idk if there's benefits to liberating early.

Thank you for your time.

Also bonus question. Best Mid game base location? I was thinking of moving just right of the lake that is south of the first south by the fishermen.

Family oriented Kids books?

Hello, first time father of a 15month old here. I don't know if it was just me or what but Im struggling to find kids books with a strong family oriented core. They were always just "momma bear" or "daddy bear" by themselves not together. I understand not all kids have both parents so they have books that they can relate to but im struggling to find one with both parents and good core values. We found one series that was promising and love it!!, but we would like to find a few more.

So this post has two parts to it:

  1. What are your kids favorite books?

  2. Any good family oriented books with good values you know of?

My Answers

  1. My kids favorite books for me to read are "The Busy Little Tractor" and "Acorn Knight". They are both rhyming and fun with good values about hard work. They are both available on Amazon if y'all care.

  2. The one we like "Acorn Knight" my wife found on amazon. It has two books and the author said he's working on number 3. It has the values and family oriented feel we appreciate

Edit: since some people pointed out It was a little confusing about what "core values" or "family oriented" was.

Core values: Respect others, respect animals, take pride in what you do, please and thank you, respect your elders, study, be kind, work hard, play nice.ext..

Family oriented: is a book where my kid can see Mom and dad being good parents not just one or the other.

No this isnt about religion or politics
