What do you max second on Vi? I usually go W if they have a lot of health stackers, but have been finding E better lately for the extra empowered punches

I peaked emerald this season and can’t figure out how to carry games as a jungler to get to diamond. I play shyvanna, vi and fiddle mainly. If I camp one lane my other lanes suffer and go 0/5, and the fed lane isn’t strong enough to solo carry the game. Some games I get fed early on but can’t close it out fast enough before they scale and wipe me in team fights. What should I be focusing on in emerald to rank up?
