Does anyone know exactly what model of campagnolo brake lever these are. I'm looking for suggestions of replacement hood.

Would anyone be able to ID these, and suggest replacement hood covers for them?

I've come into the care of the pictured clock, it appears to run, but seems to slow and stop. From an hour or so of limited research I believe this to be due to the suspension spring being either worn or damaged, but I'm happy to be corrected. I would appreciate guidance on identifying the clock, and with identifying the type of suspension spring required to fix it. Thanks in advance
