Football shirts

I'm visiting from the U.S., and would love to bring home a football shirt from a local team. All I've been able to find are either SportsDirect type places with big name Premier League clubs (I can get those at home), or retro/classic shops that sell expensive collector's items. Is there any place I can buy a lesser-known team's shirt, less expensively? I'm going to be in London and Cornwall.

Any idea what this black squiggly mark is? It has no texture and it won't clean off, so it seems like it's underneath the cooking layer. This is a very new pan, and I have followed all the rules about heating and cooling gradually, hand washing, etc
