So I have just relocated and I’m in the process of renting out my home which I bought in April 2025, ideally I would sell this house now and just re invest that money into investment property via a ltd company, however due to the current market it wouldn’t make sense. My 2 year fix ends next April, and my current LTV is 88%, what would be my best steps going forward? I don’t really want to chuck a load more money at a property that is loosing me money each month, but in order to change to a BTL Mortagge surely I don’t have much choice?

I have a model 3 Tesla on lease being delivered at the end of this month but I’m away for a few weeks and maybe more, can I assign a family member to pick it up for me?
