Where to find a house share in Stevenage/Hertford for 25 year old female?

She has had problems with predatory men who take drugs in her previous house share so is anxious to find a female only environment without drug takers.

Where would you recommend she looks? I am trying to help her.

My child qualifies for a motability car and it needs to be suitable for under 25 drivers.

The only fully electric option I can afford in the Vauxhall frontera, but I’ve read on here it’s not a great option.

The others are all hybrid - Mazda 2 or Toyota Yaris/cross.

I wanted fully electric as I do a lot of short journeys to transport her and have a charger at home.

Is the frontera really that bad?

My landlord is selling the property and has served a legal section 21 for 18 July.

I am buying so do not need a reference.

He put it on the market in February for a ridiculously high price. I made the house look good for photos, allowed an open day and ongoing viewings (there haven’t been many) for the past 3 months.

I knew the previous EA and had told him all along that I wouldn’t be able to facilitate viewings during the 6 weeks when my child is doing A levels.

The landlord has swapped EA and they are wanting to do viewings now. I’ve explained why not and they are harassing me. I have three disabled autistic children - my eldest has just had an operation and needs not to have strangers in their safe space for the next 6 weeks. They are on study leave and so at home constantly. The youngest is out of school due to MH and so is doing online school. I tutor from home evenings and weekends. I’m not being difficult but there is no time I can guarantee would work.

I have a clause in my contract to allow viewings but I have gone out of my way to present the house nicely when asked for the past 3 months. What is my legal position to quiet enjoyment?
