Looking to lease transfer for my room West Philly $845/mo

Looking to find someone to take over my room in a West Philly 2bed/1bath apartment as soon as mid-September! Beautiful balcony overlooking the Art Museum and Schulykill River. 15 minute walk from Drexel and 30th Street Station. Lots of street parking nearby too :).

I am moving abroad so me and my roommate (21, nonbinary amab) are looking for someone to take my spot (lease is until June 22 next year, move-in as early as Sept 12, Oct 1 also possible). Guessing roomie will be interested in renewing lease again, if you'd want, since it's such a nice spot.

Rent $845/month, utilities often under $50 pp.

Living room already has couch, table, TV, etc.
Laundry available in basement (unit is 2nd floor of a rowhome), perfect bike locking spot available on front porch. I will be moving out completely for my study abroad (including the loft bed, unless you'd like it).

Photos from move in so we have decorated/ organized a bit since. Disclaimer-- We're currently fostering a (friendly) little white dog, though we hopefully will get him back to his mama soon.

DM if interested!

Odd Face Wipe/ Nose Boop on Food?

Need advice on some odd behavior I saw while feeding!

For context, me and my roommate (20 and 21, both college students) are fostering the dog of an acquaintance who is having housing issues while she figures out a new apartment. I just returned from a trip home and my roommate let me know they and the dog had a lazy day in the house, sleeping and not walking or eating anything. The puppy clearly seemed hungry so I went to feed him, but we ran out of kibble (the original owner has been dropping off a bag every few weeks). My roommate had a used bowl from a microwave meal so I used it to give the dog some rice and eggs (in this video the egg is mostly gone, it was a more even ratio at the time). I know it's not ideal, but I know he needed to eat SOMETHING (my roomate said all weekend they were just feeding him cooked dino nuggets which makes me so sad).

At this point it's around 1:30-2 am and I'm exhausted from my travel, so I took him on a walk, hand fed him some of the eggs, and then just brought him into my bed and left the bowl in a corner so he could snack if he was still hungry.

Then, he starts doing this weird behavior (see video), wiping his face and booping the food. After this video he ended up knocking it off my bed. I picked up the food and put it back, then he knocked the bowl upside down and started eating straight off my sheets (😔). After a few bites he just settled in and laid down, so I had to clean off all this food.

He has a pretty regular habit of aggressively face wiping after he's done eating anything, which I think is related to gum issues (he lost a front tooth a few weeks ago and I'm very worried about his oral health).
Anyway, do you think he's trying to say that he dislikes eggs/rice? Is this his way of expressing allergies? Does he hate this bowl? Or is this a fun tactic to play with his food?

I'm overall very worried. I think he had a very tough life before this but we don't have a lot of skills/ capacity to help him, nor the money to take him to the vet ourselves. I'm doing my best but can't help but worry something is wrong.
