would love some feedback on Phase 1

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on a personal project for a bit and finally got the first phase wrapped up. It’s an AI assistant hosted over at www.inkmind.tech.

Since this is still a pretty early stage, I really need some outside eyes to test it out and see where it stumbles. If you have a few minutes to check it out, I’d love to hear your honest thoughts—what works, what feels clunky, or what features you think are missing.

The idea:

ClinicRemind — automated WhatsApp appointment reminders for

dental/skin/physio clinics. Instead of receptionists spending

3 hours daily calling patients one by one, the system sends:

• Day-before reminder with confirm/cancel buttons

• 2-hour-before reminder

• Follow-up if no response

Patient taps "✅ Confirm" → clinic dashboard updates instantly.

Patient taps "❌ Cancel" → waitlist patient gets offered the slot.

Why I think it works:

1. 30-40% no-show rate is what clinic owners tell me

2. Every empty slot = ৳2,000-5,000 lost

3. WhatsApp is where everyone lives (98% open rate vs 15% SMS)

4. Current options are either too expensive (MocDoc charges ৳15k+/mo)

   or too basic (phone calls + Excel)

Pricing I'm thinking:

• Starter: ৳1,500/mo (~$12) — solo dentist, 50 appointments

• Pro: ৳3,000/mo — small clinic, 200 appointments

What's stopping me:

Honestly? I've never sold anything to anyone. I can build this

(I'm 60% done actually, building from Android phone lol), but I don't

know if anyone will pay for it.

Questions for you guys:

1. Is ৳1,500-3,000/month too much for Bangladeshi clinics?

2. Should I target India instead (bigger market but I'm not there)?

3. Anyone here built something for healthcare? How was the sales cycle?

4. Am I crazy for building this from a phone?

Brutal honesty appreciated. If this is dumb, tell me now before I waste

another month on it 😅
