I’m worried this purple might feel a little dated.

I got this avocado green ostrich bucket bag a while ago.

I personally really like the color. I sometimes carry it to work.But today, when I walked past the pantry, I overheard my coworkers talking about it. They said the bag was ugly and that they didn’t understand my taste.

Honestly, it hurt a little hearing that.

I know ostrich leather isn’t for everyone, and the little dots are definitely noticeable, but is it really that hard to accept?

Made this for lunch with smoked salmon, kale, purple cauliflower, avocado, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, melon, and mozzarella.

I kept the dressing really simple: balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Light, fresh, and easy to put together.
