It arrived at Jersey City NJ Distribution Center on June 21 and hasn't been updated since now on July 4th

Hi everyone, I just got my Wand in earlier today but I wanted to give it to a friend who wasn’t able to get one during the initial drop. I want to give it as a gift, so I’m wondering if everyone has the Activate Tag button in the card menu or if it’s only there if someone ordered a Wand/Tag already. Can someone who didn’t order a Wand check and report back to me? Thank you!
