I am thinking about opening a small pool/snooker house in my area because there aren't any nearby. I have planned to start it from home, and before investing, I'd like to hear from people who have experience with this kind of business.

How much investment does it usually require to get started, and is it actually profitable in the long run? Can it generate a decent income, or is it difficult to make it work? I'd also love to hear any advice on things I should consider before starting, ways to attract customers, and any additional activities or services I could add to make the business more successful.

Any opinions, experiences, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've been suffering from Restless Legs Syndrome since I was around 14 years old. My father also had it, so I'm pretty sure I inherited it from him.

As I've gotten older, the condition has become much worse. These days I'm barely able to sleep at night. The urge and discomfort in my legs become so intense that I spend hours awake, exhausted but unable to rest.

I've gone to hospitals and doctors multiple times, but most of the responses I've received have been things like "just ignore it" or "there's nothing we can do." It's been incredibly frustrating because this is having a huge impact on my life.

I'm a student, and the lack of sleep is affecting my concentration, energy, memory, and daily activities. Some nights, the only way I can get any relief is by tightly wrapping rope, thread, or something similar around my legs or hands because the pressure seems to calm the sensations enough for me to fall asleep.

At this point, I feel desperate for anything that might help. For those of you with severe or hereditary RLS, have you found any treatments, medications, supplements, devices, compression methods, or lifestyle changes that made a real difference?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar.
