I recently got one of the V1 in a trade and the screen is so dim its unusable for sequencing. I reached out to the manufacturer and he offered me one at cost, and said the previous owner was likely aware.
So, I'm posting this because I didnt see any mention of this problem on the internet for one, but also looking for users with experience with the V2 to possibly sell me on whether I should go for it or not.
