hCG 20 at 3w4d - any success stories / reassurance?

Found out I was pregnant on at 9 or 10DPO. i've had 3 chemical pregnancies this year, none making it to 5 weeks. this is our 4th cycle with a positive test and trying to be optimistic but realistic.

has anyone had an hCG of 20 (or similar) at 11-12DPO and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? trying to gauge my expectations before going in for my second beta

First cycle using initial / E3G drop?

For context, my device didn’t come in until the first day I tested shown here (CD15) and the last few cycles I’ve ovulated CD20-22. I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle so wanted to understand my hormone levels better this time.

What should I think about this drop is E3G after appearing to rise from follicular baseline levels for 3 days?
